A licensed primary care provider — a physician or nurse practitioner. Every visit is with a qualified clinician who can examine you, order tests, and prescribe
No. Self-pay means you just pay for the visit you need — no insurance, no membership, no commitment.
Your provider's time, vitals, and in-office rapid tests (like COVID, flu, and strep) when needed. Lab work, imaging, and medications are billed separately.
The fee covers your time with the provider. Anything ordered or sent out is billed separately — lab fees (to the lab), imaging like X-rays, and prescriptions (you pay the pharmacy directly), plus any specialist visits. There’s no extra charge for ordering tests, writing prescriptions, or coordinating referrals — only for the outside services themselves.
Both — a $59 telehealth visit from anywhere in New York State, or come into our Williamsburg clinic for $79.
Self-pay pricing is for patients without insurance. If you do have coverage — including Medicaid — we'll use your plan for your care.
We care for adults 18 and older only — we don't offer pediatric care at this time.
